Lee Farm Inn’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1: Reservations
‍
It is recommended that anyone wishing to stay at Lee Farm Inn reserve their room in advance and obtain written confirmation from the inn.
‍
The hospitality contract is considered concluded once the reservation is agreed upon.
At the time of booking, the client must provide a credit card number. Reservations made on the website are effective upon receipt of the reservation fees. If the financial institution refuses authorization, the inn may cancel the reservation without compensation.
‍
The inn reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge the credit card at the time of booking and up until the reserved space has been checked after departure.
‍
The inn reserves the right to cancel any reservation in the event of a major situation, prioritizing relocation within the establishment, without compensation.
‍
If a reservation is modified or cancelled, clients must notify the inn 14 days in advance. If the client fails to notify within this period, the reservation amounts will remain due to the inn (50% up until 7 days before arrival and 100% thereafter). Additionally, once a rental term has begun, it is owed in full.
‍
Delays in arrival (after 8pm) or early departures cannot under any circumstances result in a refund. In the event of a no-show (arrival after 8pm), or last-minute cancellation, the inn will charge 100% of the stay and may re-rent the room from the following day. These conditions also apply in case of a booking error by the client (wrong date, number of rooms, type of room, length of stay, etc.).

The tourist tax is never included in the reservation price and applies to all bookings.
For stays of more than 32 consecutive nights, the accommodation tax will automatically be removed from the total amount due.

Article 2: Check-in and Check-out
‍
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM - Early arrivals are possible depending on room availability.
‍
The client must pay for their stay at the time of arrival.
‍
Guests of Lee Farm Inn will be welcomed as soon as possible on the day of reservation to check in. They may enjoy the common areas and will have access to their room as soon as possible and no later than 4pm.
‍
Clients must complete their check-in before 8pm; otherwise, the reservation is canceled and non-refundable. The client will need to find alternative accommodations on their own.
Two government-issued photo IDs and a valid credit card in the same name as the reservation are required at check-in.
‍
A security deposit of $150.00 will be held. Accepted payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, & American Express.
‍
The hotel reserves the right to increase this amount to ensure coverage of any potential expenses and all additional charges. This may apply to group bookings and long stays.
Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs will be subject to an additional night's charge.
The inn has the right to refuse service to guests who are improperly dressed or display aggressive, noisy, inappropriate behavior or appear intoxicated. This also applies to guests whose behavior is contrary to good morals and public order.

Anyone wishing to stay at the hotel must disclose their identity and that of their accompanying persons.
‍
Rooms are provided without a telephone. At the time of booking and upon arrival, the inn requires an email address and the client's mobile phone number. At the client's request, the hotel can erase the details from its secure system. Client details will not be shared with third parties, except as listed in Article 19 of these regulations.
‍
Article 3: Opening Hours and Services
‍
The inn's team is available for requests between 9am and 8pm. The inn reserves a 48-hour period for any requests requiring specific action.
‍
Article 4: Room Occupancy
‍
Guests may not bring unregistered third parties into the rooms without authorization. Nor may a guest sublet a room. It is also prohibited to rent a room for more people than the room type allows. The rooms and common areas of Lee Farm Inn are designated as rest areas. All forms of commerce are strictly prohibited. If such a situation were to occur, the guest must pay the entire rental fee and leave the premises immediately.

Article 5: Access to Rooms and Storage
‍
Upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed by the inn, the client cannot access their room before 4:00 PM. Keys will be provided by the inn for the duration of the stay. The client must return the keys upon departure.
‍
The inn retains the right to access the room during the stay. The inn reserves the right to enter the rented space during the stay in case of doubt, complaint, or a major problem. If the situation is not urgent, the inn commits to notifying the client of its visit 2 hours in advance.
‍
Article 6: Key Management
‍
The client must keep their room key with them. It cannot be given to a third party. For an additional key, a request must be made in advance with the name of the person who will benefit from this extra key. All keys must be returned on the day of departure.
If not returned, the inn will charge up to $50 per missing key. The inn will debit the amount from the client's credit card without further notice.
‍
Article 7: Noise and Disturbance
‍
Excessive noise and disturbance are prohibited. A client causing noise or disorder in any form will be asked to leave the inn immediately. They will not be entitled to a refund for their stay.
For the peace and quiet of the establishment, noise should be minimized between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
‍
In respect of other residents' rest, the client must not be noisy. Excessive neighbor noise, caused by a client or their guest, will result in the expulsion of the client. Excessive noise causing compensation to other residents affected by the inconvenience will be charged to the client's credit card.
‍
Article 8: Responsibilities
‍
Anyone accompanying a client is entirely the responsibility of that client. It is forbidden to leave a child unsupervised in a room or elsewhere in the inn.
‍
All items, accessories, equipment, materials, and amenities provided to the client during their stay must remain in good condition. The client will be responsible for any costs arising from the replacement or repair of these items. On the day of departure, a check will be performed before the security deposit is returned. The final invoice will be sent to the client, if applicable.
‍
The client is responsible for maintaining all items at their disposal. In case of any problems, the client has the responsibility to notify the reception as soon as possible. If no report is made, all incurred costs will be charged to the client.
‍
All types of decorations are strictly forbidden. Any alteration to the design of the establishment is strictly prohibited.
‍
In case of voluntary or involuntary degradation of materials, objects, or furniture belonging to the inn, the latter will demand full reimbursement of replacement costs and other related expenses such as: maintenance service, management and repair fees, delivery charges, customs duties, loss of rental during the duration of the works, etc…
‍
The inn reserves the right to subsequently debit the amount of undeclared consumptions and damages to the room. This amount will be debited from the bank imprint provided at check-in. The inn has no obligation to notify the client but will provide an invoice on request.
At all times, the inn may require a cleaning fee if the room is left in a state deemed "not suitable."

Article 9: Pets
‍
Lee Farm Inn reserves the right to refuse reservations with pets.
Certain hypoallergenic pets are allowed with a surcharge of $99.00 per stay, only with prior approval from Lee Farm Inn.
‍
Pets that the inn has accepted remain under the client's responsibility. It is forbidden to leave a pet unattended in the room or elsewhere in the inn. All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier at all times in the common areas designated for clients.
‍
The inn reserves the right to increase the security deposit amount to guarantee expenses and cover all additional costs that may be incurred. Any damage, whether voluntary or involuntary, as well as any expenses related to additional cleaning (odor treatment, hair cleaning on furniture, etc.) must be fully paid by the client who stayed in the room.
‍
If the pet causes disturbances to the tranquility of the inn or excessive damage to the room and other hotel areas, the pet must be relocated immediately; otherwise, the client must pay all expenses and leave immediately.
‍
Any excrement or urine found on the premises will incur a fee of $250.00.
‍
Article 10: Prohibitions
‍
For safety reasons and out of respect for everyone, smoking is strictly prohibited in all spaces (private and common) of the inn.
‍
In accordance with the law, it is prohibited to smoke in all enclosed public places and in tourist accommodation establishments as defined by the Law on Tourist Accommodation Establishments, including room balconies.
‍
Since November 26, 2016, it is prohibited to smoke within 9 meters of any door or window that opens, as well as on the common outdoor terrace of the hotel. If the 9-meter radius extends beyond a sidewalk or the property on which the building is situated, the smoker must simply go to the edge of the sidewalk or property.
‍
Smoking in the inn subjects the client to an additional billing of $250.00 and legal proceedings in case of additional damages related to smoke.
‍
Any false triggering of the fire alarm due to non-compliance with this provision may result in a charge to the client of $1000.00 to cover the expenses related to the reactivation of the fire security system. Depending on the damage caused, the invoice may be higher.
‍
The use of vaporizers, candles, incense is not allowed. A fee of $250.00 will automatically be applied if odors are detected. All other expenses related to this issue (including compensations) will be charged in full to the client.
‍
Article 11: Parking
‍
Depending on availability, Lee Farm Inn offers outdoor parking spaces at no additional charge to guests staying at the inn during the reservation.
‍
Lee Farm Inn does not offer valet service.
‍
Lee Farm Inn is not responsible for thefts and damage that may occur.
‍
Depending on availability, an electric charging station is also available.
‍
A bike storage area is also available to clients of Lee Farm Inn. By storing personal belongings in the designated space, the client agrees to be solely responsible for any thefts and damage that may occur. Consequently, Lee Farm Inn is not responsible for thefts and damage that may occur.
‍
Article 12: Weekly Cleaning and Cleaning After Departure
‍
For all stays longer than seven (7) days, a mandatory weekly cleaning of one (1) hour must be scheduled with the team of Lee Farm Inn. This cleaning is at a cost of $40.00 and will be charged to the client and debited on the client's credit card. An invoice can be sent by email upon request.
‍
All departures include regular cleaning. Fees will apply at a rate of $80.00/h for any cleaning requiring special attention or additional hours. These fees will be borne by the client and debited on the client's credit card. An invoice can be sent by email upon request.
‍
Article 13: Additional Equipment
‍
The inn also offers its residents the opportunity to purchase certain products and services offered at reception. The associated fees will be automatically debited from the credit card on file.
‍
Article 14: Inclusions in Rooms
‍
The inn is not responsible for providing extra bedding or giving away additional items free of charge at the request of the client. For any such requests, fees will apply. A price list will be provided upon request. Prices are subject to change without notice.
‍
These fees are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation and must be settled separately directly with the establishment.
‍
Article 15: Degradation
‍
The client must use the room and the goods made available in a reasonable manner.
Before each stay, these rooms are checked, functional, and in good condition. Guests are invited to immediately report to the hotel reception any deficiencies.
‍
The client is responsible for maintaining the room and items in good condition. In case of degradation, the hotel reserves the right to bill the client for the cost of repairs or replacement. The same applies to any infractions noted after the client's departure; the amount of compensations will be debited from the client's card.
‍
Article 16: Complaints
‍
Any complaint related to the quality of the services provided by the inn must be made by the client immediately. The client will not be able to complain about inconveniences related to the condition of their room after the fact. If no complaint is made within 48 hours following the end of the stay, the client is deemed to have waived any claim against the inn.
‍
Article 17: Forgotten Personal Effects
‍
Items left or abandoned may be sold under the conditions provided by law. If the client requests the return of their belongings by parcel or mail, it must necessarily be done with tracking and insurance for valuable items. The shipment will be made after the client has paid the shipping costs.
‍
Article 18: Acceptance of the Regulations and General Conditions
‍
The present internal regulations of the inn apply to all reservations. Any stay implies acceptance of the inn's internal regulations. Non-compliance with the above provisions results in the immediate termination of the contract and the charging of the costs that such termination incurs. In such a case, the client must leave the establishment immediately, without any compensation.

Lee Farm Inn is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of personal information.
‍
This policy describes how the inn processes personal information, whether collected at the time of booking, using the website, subscribing to the newsletter, or otherwise. This Policy also explains how clients can view and, if necessary, correct personal information that the inn retains, and how cookies are used on the website.
‍
By visiting the Lee Farm Inn website, creating an account through the website, communicating with the inn, or agreeing to receive emails from Lee Farm Inn, the client agrees to the terms and conditions of this Policy.
‍
This Policy does not apply to websites operated by third parties. Therefore, Lee Farm Inn is not responsible for their policies, procedures, or practices regarding the protection of privacy.
By providing personal information, the client consents to its collection and use for the purpose of improving customer service, enhancing the inn's marketing, or conducting market research.
‍
Information may also be disclosed to government authorities and law enforcement agencies when applicable laws require it. For clarification, the inn may disclose personal information and other information if compelled by law, in response to a court order or subpoena, or to a government search warrant that appears legitimate on its face, or otherwise to cooperate with such government authorities and law enforcement agencies.
